    Mark l Real Estate will meet with the Corporate Coordinator to make her aware of the features of your property which would be of interest to one of Mark l's local corporate transferees.

  • PROPERTY ACTIVITY LOG:
    Mark l Real Estate will update the property activity log on your property and review the current buyer activity with you to keep you informed of the sales progress.

  • SALES CONTRACT:
    Mark l Real Estate will present all sales contracts to you for your review and negotiate on your behalf for the highest and best price.

  • INSPECTIONS:
    Once a sales agreement has been accepted, Mark l Real Estate will monitor all housing inspections to ensure that any problem areas are addres
    sed immediately to keep the sales process moving in a smooth fashion.
  • MORTGAGE PROCESS:
    Mark l Real Estate will make sure the buyers complete their mortgage application in the time specified and communicate with the financial institution to make sure they have all the necessary paperwork to process the loan.

  • APPRAISAL PHASE:
    Mark l Real Estate will provide the appraiser with the property profile and review comparable sold properties to assist him/her with appraisal research and curtail any problems in the process.

  • TITLE INSURANCE/DEED PREP:
    Mark l Real Estate will coordinate information with the title insurance company and/or attorney in charge of the closing and make sure important documents are prepared (i.e. deed).

  • HUD STATEMENT:
    Mark l Real Estate will check the HUD statement prior to closing to make sure it is correct and review it with you.

  • REAL ESTATE CLOSING:
    Mark l Real Estate will accompany you to the real estate closing or attend the closing on your behalf, depending on your needs.
